"How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"

We asked the question:
Why did you choose that response?

I wanted to register my mum to the surgery so I completed a paper registration form and wrote a letter to confirm that she is living with me. I left this with receptionist and she told me that it would take 48 hrs this was on the week ending the 31/07/2020 - I then received a letter confirming that she has been registered. A week after receiving the letter I called the surgery to book an appointment so she can have her prescription I was told the lady that took the papers was not in and that my mum had not been registered I would need to complete the form again - this is terrible and bad service bearing in mind I registered my dad on the same day I submitted two forms one for my dad and the other one for my mum. She checked their passport details agains each form and ticked off and yet my dad seams to be the only one registered.
